Adaptive reuse
Giving buildings with good bones a second life. Like the plant, nothing is wasted: every part is put to use.
Fennel develops and advises on commercial real estate across the Southeast, from adaptive reuse and infill retail to mixed-use districts and suburban centers ready for a second act.
Like the plant we're named for, we bring essential things to the places we serve, find value in overlooked ground, and build to endure.
We see long, complex projects through from entitlement to stabilization, and turn overlooked and underused sites into lasting assets.
We guide owners, investors and communities on what to build, where, and why, toward the highest and best use of their ground.
Giving buildings with good bones a second life. Like the plant, nothing is wasted: every part is put to use.
Neighborhood-scale retail on the lots between, where daily needs and foot traffic meet.
Places to live, work and gather that draw tenants and neighbors alike.
Strip centers and single-tenant buildings with good access and tired tenancy. We re-plan and re-tenant them for what the surrounding community needs now.
A new generation of developer: as credible as the established firms, closer to the communities we build in.
